Nicole Tischer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education from Plattsburgh State University and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Stony Brook University. Additionally, she has earned endorsements in ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and Gifted Education. Nicole has over 15 years of experience in the field and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with disabilities.

Nicole relocated from New York to Florida in 2013, when she joined Innovation Montessori Ocoee. As level lead of the student services department, she held many positions over the years, including MTSS Coach, Testing Coordinator, ESOL Compliance Specialist, Gifted Teacher, 504 Coordinator, and Staffing Specialist.

In 2022, Nicole transitioned into administration, taking on the role of Assistant Principal. She remains dedicated to creating an environment in which every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
