Is Social Bridges® covered by my insurance?
Social Bridges® is covered by many insurance plans. In order to submit claims you must have out of network mental health benefits. Your child also needs to have a mental health diagnosis (e.g. ADHD, Aspergers, Social Anxiety). At times single case agreements can be made with insurance companies to provide coverage. We suggest that you contact your insurance company to verify your specific plan and receive any necessary pre-authorization. We are happy to help with this process.
Families are required to pay tuition in full by the conclusion of the session, prior to the parent conference. A Financial Agreement must be on file for each family, regardless of payment timeline. Insurance receipts are provided at the conclusion of the session to apply for reimbursement from your insurance company.
