(New program participants must have completed a previous Social Bridges class in order to participate in summer programming)

Adolescents Around Town

Adolescents Around Town Medical Form

(Adolescents come together for two team building/planning sessions for community outings throughout the summer)

Teens on the Town

Teens on the Town Medical Form

(Teens plan and enjoy their own community outings throughout the summer)

Social Bridges...with a Twist Registration Form

(Activity clubs providing social skills coaching and practice)

Grades K-1: Space Camp (School Readiness Skills)                      Grades 4-5: Magical Science

Grades 2-3: Puppetry (Create your own puppets/show)                  Adolescents: Building

Social Bridges™ groups are offered throughout the school year.  The summer groups include:

  • Parent orientation for new families
  • All of the children's group sessions
  • A progress report on your child's progress and social goals at the end of the session
